What is the Nissan Titan Tonneau Cover?

It is a cover for your pickup - a truck bed cover for the rear of your pickup/SUV. It is designed to keep the elements such as rain and snow out of the back of your pickup/SUV. It is also used to provide security to your belongings.

What is so great about this truck bed cover?

Several years ago, all we were seeing for hard tonneau covers were fiberglass truck bed covers. These were heavy and bulky and they did not look good on the back of a pick-up. They looked like you were carrying a coffin! They were very difficult to remove, heavy and rarely fit the look of the truck. Furthermore, fiberglass covers rarely were the same from cover to cover. They varied in thickness and thus the fit wasn't the same from one cover to the next.

That is why we invented the Lazer Lite. It is made of lightweight, high-strength aluminum. So it is about 1/2 the weight of the fiberglass tonneau covers and with a much better fit.

Another great feature of the Lazer Lite is that you can open and close your tailgate without having to open your tonneau cover every time.

Is this tonneau cover available for the Nissan Titan with Utili-Track?

Yes. It will fit your utili-track system on your Titan.

What is your tonneau cover made of?

It is made of 2 sheets of aluminum and a two-part filler sound deadening polyurethane foam. It was designed with the OEM process in mind. The end product was so unique we obtained a patent for it.

If it's made of aluminum won't it dent easily?

NO!
The top layer is 50% thicker than the aluminum hood on a Ford F150 pickup. We have purposely chased after hailstorms to see if the hail would damage it and it didn't. It also passed the tests that the OEM's use for their body panels.

Is it strong?

Yes. We have had 10 of us stand on it at one time and the cover has not failed.

What do you mean 'laser cut for precision'?

Each tonneau cover is cut out by a precision laser. This laser allows us to cut each tonneau cover to within .003". (That is 3/1000ths of an inch!)

Is the Lazer Lite cover secure?

Oh yes. The Lazer Lite is secured/latched from underneath the cover.

One of the nice features of this cover is that you can open and close the tailgate of your Nissan Titan without having to open the tonneau cover up every time! This gives the top a very smooth finish and no more lost keys!

To secure the truck bed, just make sure the cover is latched and then lock your tailgate and your items are secured.

Is it easy to remove the Nissan Titan tonneau cover so that I can haul tall items?
